    American Express hosts world famous Dinner in the Sky™ in Toronto for
    Canadian Premiere

    TORONTO, July 2 /CNW/ - American Express is hosting the ultimate dining
experience in Toronto with the Canadian premiere of Dinner in the Sky™, the
world famous extreme culinary adventure from Belgium. Taste buds will be
tempted with gourmet meals served 35 meters above Toronto's Yonge-Dundas
Square.
    With panoramic views of the city skyline, fine dining has been brought to
a higher level - a perfect 'amuse-bouche' to kick-off American Express'
sponsorship of Summerlicious 2008, the highly anticipated annual dining
celebration produced by City of Toronto Special Events, which will run from
July 4 to July 20. Dinner in the Sky features a 22-seat table suspended off

Canada. Originally a Belgian concept, Dinner in the Sky™ is operated
exclusively by Altitude Concepts, a Montreal consulting firm that specializes
in the production of strategic events. The platform is 9 meters by 5 meters. A
22-place, high-tech, state of the art table with 3 chefs and a technical
coordinator is hoisted up to 50 meters in the air. After Belgium, France,
England, the United Arab Emirates, United States and South Africa, Canada is
the seventh country to offer this unique concept to food lovers who wish to
enjoy culinary delights in a way that is far from ordinary.
