TORONTO, Aug. 17, 2016 /CNW/ - Today American Express Canada launches the new Essential Credit Card into the Canadian market, allowing Cardmembers greater payment flexibility. The new Card, with no annual fee, offers Cardmembers our current lowest ongoing interest rate* of 8.99%, and allows them to pay their balance over time.
