TORONTO, July 16, 2018 /CNW/ - American Express Canada is thrilled to announce that its SimplyCash™ Preferred Credit Card has been recognized by Rewards Canada as the Top Cash Back Credit Card for the second year in a row. Compared to over 20 cash back cards in the market, the SimplyCash Preferred Credit Card was selected for its 2% cash back earn rate, rich welcome rate offer and strong insurance benefits.

When compared to other cash back cards, the SimplyCash Preferred Credit Card stood out for its breadth of impressive offerings. It continues to offer an introductory cash back rate of 5% for the first six months (up to $300 cash back) and, most notably, offers a strong cash back earn rate of 2% when the welcome rate ends. It has an annual fee of $99. Cardmembers can also take advantage of the Card's additional benefits, some of which include:
